The answer is: No. You can only apply online or in a store. Personally I would recommend doing it in the store. The reason is that when you are in the store speaking with an associate in the Appliance Department, they will ask you questions regarding your needs an be able to guide you to the best options for those needs. They can also apprise you of any special deals that may be of benefit to you. I hope this helps you.
