A company this big can’t afford to give their patients a mask if they forgot one? Nothing on the check in online that indicates you need a mask. Walked in to be told by the phlebotomist “we don’t have one to spare” and have to drive across the street obtain a mask and rush back before they close and get my lab work done. Poor way to treat your patients, I work at an Imaging Center and we would never decline to offer a patient a mask.

The employee checking in was picking and choosing who required a mask and who didn’t. She cancelled my appointment while I went to get a mask and when I returned I watched two patients walk back without masks on. Horrible customer service!

I need fax number for 3rd street location I tried making an appointment but your phone system couldn’t hear my name and disconnected me. I can have my physician fax or email test orders today, got an appointment anytime this week. Please reply.
