Totally in disaster these offices do not answer the phones I do not know why the Dominican Embassy has such insolvent people representing Dominicans in the USA

The first thing is that in that office there is no computer, everything is manual, not even in the DR is it like that, the most expensive service in the world and poor, you know what it means to pay 210 USD to renew a VIP dial passport so that they deliver it to you in 2 weeks ?? What an outrage not even the passport from here in the United States is so expensive. My God, what do they think we are Indians? And the president over there, well, thank you, the consulates here don't get in order, I'm ashamed of others.

Nobody is picking up the phone. They don't have good customer service. They still have a lot to improve. Poor performance! They don't pick up the phone. They need to have a better customer service. Poor work!
