Lots of fun with puzzles that are well thought out without being super difficult. The actors do a really good job keeping you on track if you get stuck, and keep the story entertaining throughout the escape.

15 if your family is doing a room with other individuals. If you book the room for only your family, you can be under 15.
The website has age specifications. I believe you had to be fifteen or sixteen and anyone under 18 had to have parental permission.
They have a 40% off coupon inside the facility. The price varies by day of week. Just over $20 / person I think. Well worth it.
It is 15 and over for mixed rooms where other paties can join you. If you purchase the entire room you can bring children under 15 without a waiver. Look on Groupon for huge discounts on small groups and entire room rental.
