I visited Bob furniture at Carle Place, LI wanting to view the options they had for a sleeper sofa and loveseat. I encountered a sales rep named Keith, who patiently walked us around the store and showed us options of the Queen sleeper sofa. We selected a loveseat and queen.sleeper sofa, then looked at Queen Bed and an electric fireplace. Unfortunately, Keith left early but left us with Denise to finish the order. My Bob sofa came but was in the wrong color, I called the store, Keith heard my cries.for help and said they would deliver the Queens sleeper in the right color taupe. The Queen sleeper sofa was delivered again in the wrong color gray. I found out the through customer service the manufacturer no longer makes the sofa in that color. I was given options.to come back to the store to pick out a different sofa. Keith assisted us, we picked out a different sofa, which I absolutely love. I told Keith, I love my bob o pedic bed, I love my fireplace I want to my Queens sleeper sofa and loveseat. I do love, love, love them all. The white glove delivery service and return was smooth. Thank you so much Keith for your patience and exemplary customer service. I would highly recommend you see Keith at Bob's in Carle Place if you are looking for furniture in the future. Best furniture experience ever. Thank you again.

Sorry all I can tell you is check their website for a corporate number. Their call center may be affected by covid like many others businesses.

Push option #5. While the store is open, office staff is short-handed.
They do but delivery was a mess. I work nites so the communication between the store and the drivers is non existent. The drivers do whatever they want. Plus their furniture is basically transitional furniture. It will not last long. I would suggest Ashley furniture. Just my opinion
