I'm an athlete and I've seen a lot of PTs over the years. Rich at Performance Optimal was by far the best I've ever seen. He was the first PT to treat me like a strong, capable athlete instead of treating me like I was weak and fragile. He used a multifaceted approach to treat my hip pain, which included weight training, mobility work, and stretching. A year later, I am able to keep up with my PT at home using the techniques Rich taught me. I'll definitely be going back the next time something flares up.
