I think we can benefit from having a camera by the dumpsters because there's a lot of strangers coming in through the indoor trash in it and then we the residents don't have space to throw our trash in it . also my neighbor on the second floor would stop being so loud is driving me crazy.

I think the hear is included if you rent a low income unit. & most of the apartments have mice, you can't have a pool or grill ect.. no storage nothing. Its the worst place I've ever moved.
