This is the worst experience by far my husband and I broke down in Napoleon. The lady behind the desk was older not a problem but she didn't seem to know much about using the computer so about the fifth time telling her the same thing because she had to redo everything over we were getting frustrated. So after we finally got our room it was late . when we checked out we were charged for smoking in our room and said it was trashed. Me nor my husband smoke and we stayed only for about 5 hours before we got our car fixed and checked out . I called them to ask why the extra charges only to get some rude young man yelling at me telling me I did this. I don't recommend staying at this motel unless you want to spend money for something you didn't do.

Very clean. Everything is updated. Comphy beds. Love the comforters. Black out blinds for a good nights sleep. Nice shower heads. Great channels. Very friendly owners, Husband and wife team. Highly recommend.

We came in late and was able to get a room last minute. They provided a crib which was nice. Beds are nice and comfy. However, they told us multiple times breakfast closed at 11 and they closed down at 9. They lady was going to throw hit food away and would not let me make a plate for the kids. Also outrageously priced when the pool is shut down as well. Workers were rude. Refused to give us a receipt until we check out.

This is actually a Holiday Inn Express google maps is confusing the old name I almost didn’t stay here but glad I called. Shower was barely warm enough to use and became cold by the end of my shower and the AC only cooled to about 72 degrees and still handing out grab and go breakfast no hot breakfast or even breakfast sandwiches to heat in microwave. The large gaps in the entry room door allow a large amount of light and sound to enter the room. I got exactly two towels to hand towels and two wash clothes no more no less. It’s like they bought the Holiday Inn Express name and upgrade package and price rates but are holding on to the independent chain owner operator economy shortcuts and not embracing the full Holiday inn customer amenities.
