I thought this was a nice place despite the fact that Cathy the landlady was making comments about my income before I even got a key. Yes they have maid service which is really just a way for Cathy and Joe to snoop in your room. And someone continually urinated on the floor or the shared bathroom. I stayed here for about 5 weeks and would not go back.

I tried to rent a room for over a year finally scheduled an appointment with her she looked at me and told me she couldnt do business with me. I asked why she said you look way to young hiw old are you ? I said 20 tears old and she said no sorry I cant do business with you have a great day.... sad I swear I dont pull the race card ever but this lady was mean very bad energy glad i didnt get the chance to rent out there

The owner was kind and helpful. My friend chose not to rent because it was little expensive. The rooms were clean. But sharing a bathroom was not a good experience. The place is good for couple of days if possible. The place of Zain Le Raid is a day of rest and only the smell of kitchen money is strong and the rooms are small but clean .. The manager is very loving and helpful
