Horrible customer service, It’s like they don’t care about their customers waiting. Most of the time with a long line, they have an employee name (John) that be on his phone while attending you, very disrespectful specially when dealing with customers personal information. Also, a lady name (Liz), would be talking loud with her fellow employee and had stopped what she’s doing to talk while there is people waiting in line.

The teller was so polite and helpful. Was given 2 options on something and when I said it really didn't matter because the price difference really wasn't that much she opted to give me the lower price which I greatly appreciated that you find in so many places they would have gave you or charged you the higher price but she did not take advantage like that this is a very good post office very clean and I've never had a problem in there

Unfortunate but true, there should be in all these emails constant supervision and investigation and monitoring of the central offices towards the staff, somehow they have to do something to improve services to the community. They do not do their best to help and try to solve the problems and complaints of the citizens. There are always excuses or lies. The situation is pathetic. Every time I go with a problem, they give me the crushed or broken boxes because they throw everything away and they are not careful. And if the box is lost, they send one to go online to make complaints online and they don't even call the supervisor, etc. I imagine the elderly people who don't have anyone to help them and who don't have access to computers, what would they say? to them ? . My question is: And if it were the relatives of those who work there who had a problem? I'm sure they'll fix it right away. You have already lost the values and the true commitment of what SERVE really is!

You can go online and put in the change of address or go in person to your local post office and fill out the paper work, which for me is easier.
Just walk in there should be some prepaid boxes you pay for them when you ship them they come in a few different sizes if you're looking for big boxes for like clothes or something those boxes might not work
Go to the Library, they charge 10 cents and will even help you.
You can not access the po box after hours
No
Yes and we will give you a form ds 64 lost or stolen. you also must be reported to the local police department. When you apply for a new passport you must also submit that ds-64 along with the passport.
No but your bank will do it for free .
Can I pay my P. O. Box by phone?
