It's hot, it's summer time, and the day we went to attend a 2pm birthday party was a Saturday. The pandemic is over (and has been) so I don't know why they closed the pool at 4pm claiming pandemic reasons. What makes it even worse is that they failed to inform my sister of the pool closing at 4pm when she booked. The kids didn't have enough time to celebrate and enjoy the pool. Needless to say we had a lot of disappointed and upset kids because they couldn't understand why they could no longer play/swim. Very disappointed in APEX this go round.

I’ve never used this place for anything other than the pool. The other areas look very nice and clean and not jammed packed. However the swimming area is overwhelming. They should start a capacity at this place. There is never anywhere to set your things, no available seating, not even anywhere on the floor to set your things on that is how packed this pool gets. Imagine sitting in a sauna, that is what this inside pool feels like. It’s hard to breath in there, it’s so steamy inside and the pool is not big enough for the amount of people. I think you get the idea of my review. It used to be fun and not so overwhelming when there wasn’t what feels like 400 people in a small area.

Although I only used the lap pool, the facility looks great (indoor/outdoor water park for kids, climbing wall, standard cardio machines). Lap pool has 4 lanes (although sometimes one is used for class) and the water is a balmy 86°.

We stopped in to check out the Apex center curious as to whether it was worth the tier 1 upgrade for the apex pass for us. A gentleman named Jason at the front desk was super helpful and friendly introducing himself and providing information about the facility. It's a really nice facility, and we really appreciated the hospitality from the staff!

If you are referring to the indoor water playground, then yes. That area is done and the kids are really enjoying it.
But of course Joyce Jones. 👍👍❣️❣️

If you have a issue report this to management remember these kids for the most part are high school students usually first jobs when I was there I stayed as far away from the staff as I could
They have built in daycare and they accept babies. Not sure if there is a minimum age as long as the child is accompanied by parent.
Yes they take all legal tender. Dollar coins and all.
According to the community center it will be done around May or June
Not yet. But they are supposed to be opening soon.
I would bring money just in case.

The last update from the Apex is that the pool will reopen on September 13th.
Not sure you can pick up a booklet at the rec.
They may be you will have to call them
They can... but it's not necessary.... pools are not so deep 🤗
Yes, you can. We always do. We bring a big cooler with all kinds of snacks, drinks and foods.
Yes, we are open on Sundays.
Yes its open :) 9-630 pool hrs
Call the apex center and ask them.
There are no real close places, but 2 miles away on 64th there are many.
We had a 5 year old party. A great time, check schedules because depending on the activities you want to do will depend on the time your party will be.
Yes. We have the tier 1 family plan at $90 a month. Look at their website and then go in and sign up so you can pay monthly. Online offers full payment up front only.

Yes
The cool thing about paying the admission is you have access to the awesome indoor playground as well as the pool activities and exercise equipment. Take advantage of it.
Womens and men's separate....and some of the showers are individual
I don't know for sure but I would think they do
Depends on if you're a resident or not. Includes all activities except ice skating 1 and under: Free 2-18: Res. $4.75 (non-res. $7.75) 19-61: Res. $6.25 (non-res. $8.75) 62+: Res. $4.75 (non-res. $7.75) Group Rate***: $5.50 (non-res. $6)
Free skate never heard about it
Try looking for the apex directory on line
Ice schedules can change due to hockey tournaments and playoffs. Better to just call
Sorry, don"t know. I use only APEX on 72nd.
I believe Tier 1 gives you access to all facilities and it is a day pass. Just ask for a wristband if you plan to go to multiple places or go back to the facility later. Tier 2 is just for one facility I believe and its a day pass.
There has always been a spectator fee long before the new kid area. In my opinion I think it is smart. I am annoyed by the large families that come with 10 adults and 3 kids and take up all the tables. I think the fee is to discourage that from happening as much.
It's open from 9 to 4 on new years eve
It depends on age but it is on their website under apex center fees
20% off annual membership if you pay in full by end of year and have a healthplan such as cigna or aetna. If you don't have a health plan you can still get 10% off. I just paid $416 and have access to all the Apex facilities and courts. Yay! No more racquetball court fees!
You need to contact them
The power was out because a transformer died. Xcel was coming later in the morning to fix it.
They are experiencing a transformer failure. Xcel is currently replacing the equipment. You can find up to date information on their Facebook page.
They are doing construction on the kiddie pool starting October-November if they don't get it finished by November.
There is a family pass option for a family of 5 for about 1000 dollars for an annual punch card. Kids 3 and under are free to get into the apex
Many street projects and a school project
