I'm disgusted what the glen cove store is doing to the prices.they are price gouging because there are no other stores within an hour. How does a box of cereal go up two dollars in two weeks? Make sense of that. I know you couldn't of increased peoples pay because they are all unfriendly and miserable I left my cart in the isle and walked out. Three sale items had empty shelves. Why put sale prices out when you have no product. I am recruiting my neighbors to help picket your store.

That was over 2weeks ago and no one from that office never called me back in response to my complaint about the supervisor janis and how I reported her to 4 different mangers the person that took my complaint said the district manager would get back to me and I never herd from them

The Stop and Shop located on Route 101 in Medford had flyers up encouraging people to donate to Boots on the Ground which is run by Frank Bania…a known abuser, and scammer. He took money that was raised for widows and moved to TN. I called corporate several times, not one call back. Basically, our entire family and friends have banned all Stop and shop locations now. Shame on you, you have no sense of community.

I hate that robot!! It is always in the way. If it thinks there needs to be something cleaned in an isle it stands in the way and you can’t go down that isle unless you go all the way around. I think I’m out local store ours has it out for me! Lol I think he follows me ! Lol
Do the new robots give anyone else anxiety while your trying to shop? After all these years I have to change grocery stores. Sad. I loved the staff. You don't see them much now that they have been replaced by this annoying machine

It is extremely annoying to the point were I now shop elsewhere. It beeps constantly, it sends out anouncments for nothing (and by nothing I mean that it stopped in front of me twice in the produce department and announced I was a hazard detected in the produce department). When I stopped it made me not want to be in the store. The constant loud beeping as it moves thru the store is highly annoying to the point where I fell the need to repeat. Mute it. It is a hazard.
How do I get a corporate letter stating that I no longer work for stop & Shop?

Digital coupons: I used to just check off the item and it was automatically loaded to my card. It now says put in cart. Don't understand how to use this Do I have to buy the product if it is in cart? Also, clipable coupons have no bar code?

Why doesn't Stop and Shop carry Cooper Cheeses at their Deli counters? I find myself going to Big Y many times for my deli meats because they do carry Cooper Cheese .BJ's also carries Cooper cheese!
