Sat in drive thru for 10mins only to NOT be served. I've been getting my order and DoorDash together for years and now I can't do it cause they're "short staffed"? BS! If mobile orders or dashers could go in to pick up food, maybe it would be easier for everyone. Besides, if they are so short handed, why are they still open? I've had multiple issues with the staff here and this is becoming ridiculous. I do not recommend this location

The customer service could be improved. The drive-thru people don't seem like they want to be there, just by their tone in their voice. They don't acknowledge customers when someone says thank you. I got a steak egg and cheese bagel but received sausage egg and cheese bagel. My friend ordered a biscuit and ask for grape jelly but they gave him mostly strawberry jelly. They tend to forget straws. So check your bag before you drive out.

I love my local McDonald's. The staff there are so polite. I never once gotten attitude from any of the employees. Food here always comes fresh and hot.

Ordered 6 cheeseburgers only got 2. Ordered 10 nuggets, got pies. See pics below. Call and talk to manager and need a receipt. Poor customer service, orders always incorrect. No pride in their jobs.
