Called about having my daughter's Sweet 16th birthday there. We are here from Florida visiting family and told the person I talked to that there would be 20+ people coming. Told didn't take reservations but they would do what they could. To make a long story short, whoever the hostess and employees that worked that evening(June 30th @ 6:30) went above and beyond to make her night special. I believe our waitress was Emily. Hopefully, I got her name right. She was amazing! Everyone was awesome!!! Thank you Cheddars for an amazing get together for our family and celebrating our daughter!!!!

We had a great experience here! Our server, I believe her name was Grace possibly, was so kind and amazing! I have a lactose allergy and the manager came over to our table and helped me navigate the menu and let me know what did or didn’t have dairy in it. Food was great and would definitely come back again next time we’re around!

I have been here twice and both times were awful. The first time the host sat us and no servers came to our table for 15 minutes so we left. The second time was the REALLY bad one. They had a 20 minute wait so they took our number down. After 20 minutes had come and gone we went up to the host stand and they had forgotten to write our number down. Once the host sat us at our table we waited a long time before anyone asked what we wanted to drink. Once they got our drink order it took a long time to get the drinks. The plates that they gave us for the appetizers had food from the previous users on them. I had chicken tenders which weren't bad, but the fries were somewhat soggy. My friends got burgers and said it tasted like a plain piece of meat on a bun, no flavor at all. The floor was pretty dirty. All around, this restaurant does jot have it together.

We were told the wait would be 35-40 minutes, but is was more like an hour. The waitress is doing a good job. They are understaffed, like every other place. The dirt on the floor, in the pic, has been there since we got here and no one seems very worried about it. The food is good.
