Went thru drive-thru and had to pull ahead to wait for fresh fries. When order came, fries were half done, we weren't offered any condiments, no napkins in the bag and the person bringing out the food wanted to bum cigarettes off me. Worst experience I've ever had with Arby's and I will not be returning. I won't even mention the ice melted in five minutes and portions of the sandwich are half the size they used to be and twice the price. Wow... Hope he enjoys his cigarette.

First time I have been given napkins in forever. Quick accurate service. Excellent Arby's roast beef and curly fries as usual.

This Arby's is always randomly closed early starting anywhere from 4-7pm. Update your hours. EDIT: LMAOOOOO calling ahead to a drive-thru... yeah lemme just plug in my rotary phone and check my sundial. Bruh, I hit the drive-thru because I hate people, not because I love getting colon cancer from your roast beef.

Ordered sandwich with chicken in it. Received it raw. Called told them , they said temp is correct and goodbye. Didnt get an apology or offer to replace or anything. It's a shame cause I used to eat at arbys often.
