Nice friendly place, it is a vet hospital, so kinda pricey. But I haven't had a bad experience there

This is an outdated office with a vet who simply does not care anymore. I have been taking my pup to this office regularly for 4 years. When he developed a facial abscess (likely caused by a bad tooth) I was given a last-minute appointment which I was happy to get. Dr. Bruzzi was cold, and uncompassionate towards my dog, and made him squeal in pain. He mentioned that he likely had a bad tooth and needed a dental x-ray and a tooth pulled. Even though they supposedly offer those services, I was given a short round of antibiotics and told to "find an ER vet, they will do a dental x-ray". I was then shown the door, with no offer of a follow up appointment. The doctor also lied on a follow phone call because of the "Severity of the case, he needed to be seen right away". This left me panicking to find a vet visit for my dog right away. I did just that only to find out most ER Vets do not offer dental X-Rays and the 2nd ER vet I was visiting did not offer them either. I thought I was not doing right by my dog, having to wait for a 3rd office to see him. I was extremely upset that I wasn't the finding help my dog needed. Dr. Bruzzi had sent me on a wild goose chase. The 3rd vet assured me this was not an emergency situation, and they would schedule a surgery for him. Dr. Bruzzi needs to hang it up if he is not willing to care for the animals he became a vet to help. Do not bring your animal here. Other offices truly care much more.

In a time of need, Dr. Bruxzi was excellent

I think their website says Sunday is for emergencies only, but I would've double checked when making the appointment. It's sad when any animal has to get euthanized. I'm deeply sorry for your loss and can relate. I have a fur baby that crossed over the rainbow bridge 4 years ago and it hurts like it was just today. Take advantage of any grief counseling you can find. Also, as miserable as it is losing one's pet, there's expenses that they have to pay for, such as the medication used to put down the pet, which in turn the customer has to pay for in the end. Whatever you do I hope you get to keep your pet in the end. I had an awful experience with another vet's office and Angel Memorial Cemetery where they lost my dog so I never got his cremains in the end and it felt like losing him all over again! Good bless you.
You can call and they will give you an estimate.
just to walk in the door for us was $66.00. it really depends on what the issue is. i find that they are open to talking on the phone and can advise you.
Can't remember however just call them, they are really nice and helpful. You can also use care credit
