Don’t board your pets there. It’s inhumane how they do their boarding. They go in to take the animals out. It’s not round the clock care. My daughters dogs were in their own urine in their crate in the cellar. Terrible conditions.

my boyfriend found a very small sick kitten in my back yard i called this place to make a appointment for as soon as i could get her in and they said they had a appointment available for the next day and they would call me back with more information i never got a call back from them and this isn’t the first time this has happened before with this place another time i called bc i have pet rats and one fell and started to limp and when i called i was put on hold and nobody answered after that and i never heard back from this place if i could i would give 0 stars
