This place has gone downhill and fast. I’ve been going to Vitality since they first opened and it used to be a place where I felt I could trust them with my pet. Now I am disgusted with their practices. It hasn’t even been just one instance with one pet, it’s been several as I have four pets. From improper medication dispensing, miscommunication and misdiagnosis, and even ignoring vital neurological symptoms. It also seems like their staff has constant turn over, which to me says that even the employees can’t stand it there. Please, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to bring your fur babies.

Horrible place! Called to request service to put down an elderly, dying cat. Was told to go to Attleboro, set up as a new client, and then call back to make an appointment. Little compassion or caring for pets or their human companions. Just horrible!

We three pets and find the Veterinarians and the staff to be very professional overall. We recently hadcor cat neutered and had a bit of a delay getting it done due to the rescued cat having a severe upper respiratory infection. However, it was finally done 9/9/2022. We encountered a young member of the staff who had us wait after picking up our cat. She was not wearing her required mask over her noise while talking and interacting with us. We waited for the Vet and were ultimately told that the Vet doing the surgery didn't want to step on the primary Vet's toes for whether a steroid dosage that was inadequate to ween the cat off the steroid was sufficient in quantity to do so. She was extremely sarcastic and condescending. We ultimately asked her to have the Vet call us. A very poor representative of Vitality Veterinary Service or any business serving the public!

I'm not sure since I never inquired about it but call them
When I asked about my kitten, they quoted me about 400 dollars for the fixing. Not sure if that included shots. I ended up going with a different vet that was cheaper (Salmon river mobile vet). Otherwise I bring my pets to vitality for all their other needs. They are truly amazing. Love the staff and how much they care for my dogs.
Hello our rabies vaccine is 14.00 and our Feline Distemper is 20.00. Our exam fee is 29.00. Hope this helps!
Hello, yes we take walk ins from 8:45-10:45 in the am and from 2-4 on Fridays. If you could bring in a stool sample that would help diagnose that potential problem. I would suggest coming in around 9:00am as the wait times will be longer as the day progresses.
It's a $29 office visit fee, everything else is priced very reasonably as well.
Hello, we do not carry frontline. We carry Bravecto, which we believe is more effective and lasts for 12 weeks. Thank you for your interest on Vitality. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at 508.567.5757
