Update: I eventually received the part, it just takes forever and there is no way of knowing when it will arrive if at all. Ordered a part on the website, which never arrived. Tried to contact them via email, but no response. Now I have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my bank because I can't even get a hold of someone about the no show part. Terrible service, never again.

Did not have complete supply of tools that Dewalt sells. Not helpfull at. One staff was not trained in what Dewalt sells or tool used.

I went there because my drill is still covered by the 3 years limited warranty and they just seeing my drill without and evaluation said the warranty does not covered it. No explanation and no evaluation. Just like that. I used to like this brand but it is really disappointing. Bad customer service.

They'll check your serial number and if the tool is still under warranty they will fix it or if it's out of warranty They'll just charge you a fee and refurbished the same tool that you have

My recomendation for you is that you go to de Dewalt Factory personaly. They never call to the customer.
