I went here because the Tank Burger was rated one of the best burgers in Ohio. It was worth the trip. I intentionally ordered the burger without cheese or other add-ons. Basic Tank Burger with Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, Ketchup, Mustard, and Mayo. It came with fries and a pickle spear. I loved it and will make the hour and 20 minute drive to eat there again. If you're in Dayton, check it out.

First time back since they re-opened post COVID. I came on a Sunday for lunch. Luckily I called first, they are taking reservations at this point. We had to wait an hour for our meals to come. I ordered the roast beef hot shot, which I had in the past. This time, it wasn't really "hot" and the beef was either a lower grade or wasn't cooked properly. The beef tasted more like cheap lunch meat, it was rubbery and had a processed meat texture. Hopefully this is just re-opening blues and once the staff is trained up the food quality will improve. However if the problem is they changed their quality of meat, I won't order this again.

Tanks is awesome!!! Great food, good service, fast service, and a clean restaurant. Very large portions, very reasonably priced, especially for the amount and quality of food you get. I highly recommend this place. They also have a very large full service bar.

It's a comfy, small town style restaurant with a bar. Staff make you feel like you've known them for years with how they talk and treat you. Service is good while quick and the food is delicious for a very reasonable price. Dining in or taking out its great both ways. This is a place I could see having breakfast or lunch at weekly wit friends and family!
