In addition to not answering their phone, this branch's lobby is only sporadically open. So you have no idea what sort of wait times youll have. So if you walk there without a car, theyll make you stand in the drive-through despite it being posted its not allowed. Their motto of "Being the Most Convenient Bank" is absolute and utter bullpucky *Updated Review* I will amend my review in saying that the lobby issue seems to be a bit better handled, however their hours are reduced and for those of us who work nights and only have the weekends to get things done, the hours are still inconvenient, as is the location as its the only one remaining in the area.

Did some banking business with Joshua today. I never knew banking could be fun! I had a blast and will find reasons to interact with my new favorite banker. Bravo for making life fun. We all could use more fun in our lives. Rock on TD Bank and most especially Joshua!

This place is a joke . On a Friday night they have one person working the drive thru and the lobby is closed . Don't bother going to this bank unless you have a extra hour to wait around .

If you go to an ATM you can access your balance. You can also call the branch. Since they are very busy it can take some time to pick up. From there they will ask you questions to validate your identity and give you the balance. There is also online banking or a 24 hour phone like you can call.
