I had a hole in my muffler and I had tried to get it repaired at five other repair shops without success. I stopped here and they ordered a new muffler and installed it within an hour. They were friendly and they did a great job. I would highly recommend this business.

Absolutely horrible I’ve called over 40 times on the phone no one answer I called over 45 to 40 min straight that’s very unprofessional not to answer the phone !! If you need more staff to cover then do that just don’t have the phone ringing not returning any voicemails or calls back!! This is horrible place of business by not answering the phone

Yea free quotes make sure when you get a first quote that it's is something that you like and it's something that they keep because I got one quote one day another quote another day totally $250 difference
Thats what i did took all my parts to them and they charged me 250.00 to do the hook up

It will take about a half a day to do the job. The best estimate I can give you at the moment is between the 450.00 & 500.00 ballpark. We are currently closed for the day, but if you would like to call the shop in the morning and ask to speak with Rick. He is my dad and the owner. He will give you a better estimate. We do oil changes at the Big Muffler Shop. We cannot do them competitively. They cost $19.95 plus the price for parts. Yeah my dad Rick the owner is a pretty cool guy. So is the main Tech Adam my fiance. It's a great Shop that does amazing work for a very fair and low price. They also do Break Work, Suspension, Front End, Hub Barrings. So bring your car on down to the Big Muffler Shop.
