Wonderful local grocer with the freshest meat in town. Nice fresh in-season veggies when available and lots of side items to go with a great homemade meal. The only reason for a four-out-of-five review is because of their affinity for adding so much sugar to their cured meat products. Their Canadian Bacon is a perfect example - it is ruined (to me) by having maple syrup and sugar added, candying the meat. Yuck! Same with the bacon too... why not offer sugar-free options for those with diabetes and/or glucose restrictions?

They sometimes have veal shanks (labelled as Osso Buco) in their freezer section.
