I love zaxbys, it’s one of my favorite places on earth. But this location is the worst I’ve been to. Not just the worst zaxbys but the worst business ever. Everything about my order is wrong and horrible quality each time I come here. The people at the window are always so rude. I think they might be doing it on purpose. Sad.

It says they close at 10:00pm, but actually they close whenever they feel like it. Is it 9:45? 9:20? You’ll know when they let you sit there for ten minutes without taking your order and then rudely yell out the back door “WE CLOSED Y’All”. Not sure what they’re doing over there but it definitely isn’t their jobs.

I ordered the Kickin' Chicken Sandwich Meal and the sandwich was not made well AT ALL. The bread was un toasted , the chicken had NO SAUCE and the fries had no seasoning!! I ended up having to add my own hot sauce and seasoning salt to the food! Smh if I wanted to do it myself I wouldn't have gone out. I won't be going back to this location and discourage anyone else to so they don't end up like me.
