Hard to beat! If you are a caregiver to a loved one and they need a beautiful and safe place to call "Home" in the Hamilton Mill area, this is the place! This community offers all care types to their residents from Independent (in beautiful villas or apartments), assisted living, and Memory Care available as well so couples are able to age in place together. What I found most endearing is the care their staff takes to educate families on the many, many forms of dementia. They are the experts in this and have a unique neighborhood called "Bridges" that is for that high-functioning resident experiencing cognitive decline but just doesn't need full memory care. Go talk to them! You'll love it!

I am so thankful for the leadership and my fellow co-workers at ATHM. I have been with Arbor Terrace for close to 4 years and have witnessed such dedication to our residents and families. Currently the support and care is being directed at me as I will need to take extended time off due to an illness. From the first conversation about my situation, each and every person I work with has been supportive, encouraging and a sincere blessing in my life! Every employee I work with goes far above and beyond every day to meet the needs of our residents, but they also are doing the same for me, an employee. I could not be more blessed to work at ATHM and have such a supportive group of coworkers I cherish!

Our family is so happy to have placed my mother in Arbor Terrace for a second time. She previously resided in their Independent Living Building, and is now in Assisted Living. She has loved her time there very much and is very comfortable and very happy. She enjoys interacting with her fellow residents and the staff. Employees are extremely professional and loving as they transition residents into their beautiful new home. The atmosphere is positive and cheerful at all times. Every interaction is handled with the upmost of care. Our family feels confident about leaving my mother in Arbor Terrace as we know they will treat her as they would one of their own. Every medical, physical, emotional, and social need is met with careful consideration. Multiple activities for the residents are available to encourage social interaction and avoid isolation. Enrollment and entering the facility is an easy process with much help from the staff along the way. We wholeheartedly endorse Arbor Terrace if you are seeking a destination for your loved one(s).
