Ordered thru app for quick pick up, arrive to pick up my order and it wasn’t ready. Waited for ten minutes for my order to be completed, while waiting I observed an employee handling other orders in the most disgusting manner. He would take pieces of chicken and stuff his mouth while handling orders, granted he was wearing gloves but he never changed gloves after putting the food into his mouth. Dissatisfied with what I was witnessing, I spoke to the supervisor which was literally standing next to the guy and told him that he should address the employee for his actions, did nothing. Upon walking outside of the store I encountered the store manager and voiced my concerns with her, she assured me that she would take action but preceded to talk to a lady she was talking to when I arrived, doubt if she actually is going to do anything about it. My advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I just left the drive thru at this location. I ordered the 12 piece meal with 3 sides. I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Guess what? No gravy for the mashed potatoes and I WAS GIVEN A CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH BITES IN IT. SOMEBODY AT THAT Location BAGGED UP A HALF EATEN SANDWICH. I have to calm down first, but I'm going back today. And I'm raising hell at whomever I need to call because the location is not picking up the phone. This is the most unsanitary situation I have ever been in at a restaurant.

They are always out of chicken. This must be a franchise location because of the shortage. My meal was $6.89 and the ranch sauce was bigger than one of the chicken strips. If I would of only ordered the strips alone, it would of been $5.99 …Hey Marie! I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your meal. We appreciate your respect and patience with our staff when we run out of popular items.
