There's a whole section for Black authors that I've never seen anywhere else! I truly appreciated it because I was looking for new fiction written by a woman of color. I can't remember the associate's name, but a super nice man helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for and showed me another book in the LGBT+ horror section that I promptly bought. He had a cute pride mask on and made small talk without the usual customer service faux pleasantries. I felt welcomed and comfy with an individual who made me feel like I really am part of the community.

We spent some time here reading books and relaxing in the Cafe. My 7 year old enjoyed all the stuffed animals and it was not crowded. Good afternoon overall.

I was on a mission, I wanted to get in and get out. As soon as I walked in, I saw an employee asked her where the book is I wanted. Without hesitation she walked me to the location and pointed it out. I ended up buying two books from the same Author. I was out of Barnes and Noble in 4 minutes. Thank you to the kind employee for your time and help.

Always a great place to stop. Very Excited to see a large Manga and Anime section. Not to mention a full section devoted to Dungeons and Dragons.

They do carry pokemon cards, as well as other popular trading card games.
Just recently there, yes they have it.
Not really. But Ed McKay's does. For stupid cheap prices. And they pay well too.
I don't think so, but Greensboro has wonderful library's.
Yes as long as it is listed as returnable.
I've never had a problem with telephone communications, however, it's like the other persons comment, it's holiday season and they're probably super busy. Don't give up. Keep trying. Their staff are very helpful to their customers.
I'm unsure on that one. I would try their website.
If you are looking for the one by Joseph Girzone they usually have it
I'm not really sure what a burn bar is, but Barnes & Noble, this location, does not have a music section. No CDs or anything.
