There is an Ash Wednesday Mass in English at noon and a tri-lingual one at 7pm. I'm not sure if there will be distribution of ashes apart from Mass.

Yes there are. Sunday (Xmas eve) they have 9am and noon in English, 10:30am in Spanish. Then there is a midnight mass which is bilingual. On Christmas day the schedule is the same without the midnight mass.
