Sure are. Just have to check in at the kiosk thing at the entrance so they know how many people are in there. It's got a map to show you where the hunting areas are
No you can not build any structure on the wildlife reserve nor would you want to as 100 shotguns firing a day during duck season but you can buy land bordering the reserve you better have money and the taxes are steep for the area
Shallow enough to wade quite a ways. That is if you are talking about the other side of the causeway
They only let so much water out. One side is nautal habbitat. They can't flood it.
