A very very poor quality room at the Lodges, substandard to say the least.I had to stay in the Lodges since I had a dog with me, even the Four Seasons doest not segregate dog owners. This would have been OK room if you I was looking for a one star hotel, but also not for $350 a night. I left promptly the next morning, although i had a second non-refundable night, just couldn't stomach staying a second night.

It's a five star depending on where you stay .. don't check in at night as i believe they hired the witch from the east ... The security man did her work ...once i got.up into the room 309... It was super noisy at MIDNIGHT !! I called down and the girl said no other rooms available... When the beep beeping from trucks backing up wouldn't cease and clanking of dumpster tops crashing onto their base .. i called again and she hung up and wouldn't answer again so the security fellow answered .. he was extremely helpful and went down to the workers making the racket and had them stop the noise ... The rest of our stay was terrific as a very helpful day attendant from Mexico .. her name escapes me .. super efficient and professional changed our room for the rest of our stay and then it became worthy of 5 star rating ...

Awesome location with breathtaking lake views. Food was great and service was excellent. A few wasps around the outside but overall, a great dining experience.
