I’ve been going here for the past two-ish years. As someone who was very hesitant to go back to a chiropractor after a bad experience in the past, every appointment i’ve had they’ve been extremely kind and comforting and flexible to my requests. They’ve helped with extreme jaw and back pain and then having the option to massage after is the icing on the cake. They do have other therapies I’ve seen them do with friends and family for the specific needs. Life’s too short to be loving each day in pain, they’ll help you truly feel like your best!

They set my appointment for 2pm. I showed up at 1:55pm, obviously, because I don't want to be late. They ALL went to lunch and had the entire business closed and locked until EXACTLY 2pm. I told them if an appointment is at 2, they need to be ready to have someone check in a few minutes early, instead of setting an appointment for the exact second they unlock their door. They said "sorry", which when they plan on doing nothing about it, really just means "I'm saying the magic word to get you to F off, now stop complaining." They're intentionally unprofessional about timing and they don't care.

I'm a visitor here and needed help quickly with my neck being out. These people were very accommodating and so nice. They even took my insurance, which others wouldn't. Dr. MacDermott was very theral in the exam, and couldn't have asked for better care. He even gave me an excersize to work on with a problem I have. Thanks to him I can get through the rest of the week. I recommend to any visitors who finds they need help.
