I have proper located in Greene Count NY in Ashland I would like rent my property as Section 8 property. The only info I could find listed forms W-9, RFTA , Insurance Liability but NO instruction how to get them or where to send them. Please help

U can contact the local rupco office located on main street in Catskill ny. The people there are very nice an will help you to let others with section 8 availible, that you are currently looking to rent out your property

Will repeco help pay the rent for renting a room with everything included?
