Not sure why these reviews are so low. I called and immediately was answered and helped. Not only did the woman help me, she was also nice to talk to. I have a hunch a good amount of the reviewers are calling during UCF peak times and are flipping out over it when UCF admits ~30k students or so every Fall semester. Can we cut some workers some slack?

Apparently if you have an account with a small bank you have to wait longer for a refund that never should have been processed as a payment.

After logging into myUCF, you'll click the dropdown arrow next to Student Self Service in the left pane and click the drop down arrow next to Student Accounts. Select Fee Invoice and go to the Academic Year that you need.
From my experience, loans are offerred over the summer and when they're disbursed depends on the term you're enrolled in. To get an exact answer on amounts and qualifications you should speak with a financial representatives in Millican Hall.
I know its spring break but some offices are open. I can find out and let you know
Most likely her financial aid isn't processed or she got a hold or missing documents
