There’s a younger girl with dark long hair that works at this location. She was bad mouthing customers the other day when I was in there— talking about how ridiculous it was that customers still ask how long it’s been since they’ve moved locations. And this morning she let me stand out front for five minutes while she was also outside fixing the strollers before she told me they didn’t open until 10 (another 30 minutes). I had even tried to open the door. When I told her they needed to update their hours on Google because it says 9:30, she said well I’m telling you we changed our hours. When I told her she didn’t have to be a smart a$$ about it, she told me she wasn’t being a smart a$$ and just repeated herself. This is the poorest representation of the Once Upon a Child chain that I’ve shopped at in multiple states over the course of 15 years. We have four kids and do a lot of business (buying and selling) with them, but I will not be back to this store or recommending it to anyone after her terrible behavior.
