My father lived at Fuller for 12 years. Wonderful community beautiful setting and close to church supermarket and transportation !

There is a team of administratives, they will work through. If no opening, with a fee you jump on a waiting list. To move in, there is a heavy deposit $300K-$400K to that add rent like $2K a month. Deposit will be returned when moving out

How much are the fees for a couple that need no extra services?
