Need I say more. Used to love goodwill. You can buy this dress at David's bridal for less what a joke

Your “manager”, Sue? Should probably not be around people. She is miserable. Sounds annoyed when you ask her a question, rolled her eyes at me when I asked if one company donated all the wedding dresses or if they were individually donated. Like my jaw was on the floor I couldn’t believe a manager had the audacity to treat customers that way. I have been donating and shopping here for years and had multiple negative interactions with her - there are some great employees but I cannot believe she is the manager. Today I found a dress on the ground and asked her to get a price for me. It was Lily Pulitzer so it was going to be specially priced but I said I would wait. She said no, rolled the dress in a ball and threw it on a pile of junk behind the registers. I am so frustrated that someone like that is in a managerial position for an organization such as Goodwill. EDITING TO ADD: It seems all of the negative reviews are relating to this specific individual. The “owner” is replying to each comment but doesn’t seem to do anything about her. Either they don’t care, or it’s not the owner responding, it’s Sue 🫣😏

Nice store. Friendly staff. Only drawback was we needed to check out quickly and the cashier was very chatty. Most days this would have been fine, but today we needed things to be a bit speedier

I’ll never donate items to this particular Goodwill. Ever. The woman who works the donation room should not be allowed to work with people anymore. She is so nasty & rude and seems so annoyed & bothered that people are donating items. How about a pleasant “Hi! Welcome to Goodwill”, etc? No, not at this store. Many bad reviews mention this woman describing their terrible experiences with her, yet management doesn’t seem to care because she’s obviously still there & still being rude. Too many other places that will happily accept my items.

I live in Sandwich will you pick up furniture and dishes?
Hi Amanda, it's best to check directly with the store. The phone number for the Hyannis store is 508-790-0046. Thank you.
yup they do, I've donated bunch of VHS and DVDs there
I would call to ask about their donation center's hours, they're usually a little different from the store hours
Hi, yes we do. Thank you!
Sometimes. It all depends on what people are donating.
Hi Marjorie, yes, we definitely take business attire! Thanks for checking and supporting Goodwill.
We follow state and CDC protocols for the safety of our customers and staff. Face coverings are required and social distancing practices are in place. We also have hand sanitizers available and do regular cleanings. Thank you for helping everyone stay safe.
Hi Katherine, unfortunately, we do not. Thank you for checking.
The Hyannis store can accept donations. We also have a number of bins at transfer stations on the Cape. You can find the list on our website at goodwillmass.org. Thanks.
Hi Hanna - Our stores are still closed until at least the week of June 8, per Gov. Baker's reopening plan. We are asking folks to hang onto their donations until after our stores have opened. Thank you for your patience!
Yes we do!
Hi Barbara.Unfortunately we don't do pickups. You may want to try the Salvation Army; I believe they still do.
That is correct Paul! Here is our website for future reference. https://www.goodwillmass.org/stores/store-locations-and-hours.html
Nope they dont carry them and they dont pick up donations NOR do they accept them when JUST the store is open, they have the BALLS to tell you to come back! Also saw a package of FREE slipper Sox from CAPE COD HOSPITAL FOR $1.00 If you really want to help the poor, donate to the Salvation Army on NORTH STREET not the store then, poor people dont have to pay 1$ for free sox.
The light fixture. Most likely. I don't know if they would do the pool table. I don't think they have the room for one.
I'm not sure if they pick up things. you may want to call there tomorrow.
Hi Deb, unfortunately, we do not do pickups. Thanks for checking.
