Very nice sight. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the grounds were totally off limits. I understand the light house is very limited hours because a lot more donations should be made to increase the hours but I feel like it would be neat to have the ability to walk around the base and have more signs around describing what there is. But this is for sure a must stop in the area!

I've never been in the lighthouse per se. It is one of my favorite views. We come into Ocean City through route 54 and when I see the lighthouse I know the trip is just about over and vacation is just beginning.

The beach is great! No crowded and a lot places around for having fun. Easy to find parking too. If you to the lighthouse you will be in between to Delaware and Maryland (pretty awesome right?)

On the street in front of it. It is literally on a street in the middle of town. There is no parking lot.
The base of the lighthouse is open during the summer, but the tower is closed to climbing. Hours are 9 a.m. - noon, Friday through Monday in July and August, and Saturday through Sunday in May, June, and September.
