1 star because noone ever responded to me! I made an appointment the night before (i know, last minute) but i called before we left to our appt just to confirm no answer but i left a message to let them know i was on my way. Got there, the office was closed!!! I was there during business hours and there wasn’t a notice or anything posted. I called again twice while i was there and left another voicemail. Still no response days later. Ridiculous!

I emailed the office on a Sunday night about a problem with my fridge and someone was at my door to fix it within minutes that’s 5 star service. Besides that the complex is always clean, the inside of the buildings are nice with tile floors. And agree with the reviews below without having to repeat. No complaints here.

I have been living here for 5 years now. Reasonable manager to work with. Maintenance do their best to fulfill maintenance request timely. Apartments are not big and not much room to store your items but if you don't have many possessions it will accommodate you just fine. Environment wise isn't the best but most of the days are pretty quiet outside not much going around. The apartments are close by Walmart, Dollar Tree, Big Lots, Publix, Ulta, TJMaxx, Panera Bread, the Sponge Docks, and many other shops.

I've lived here for just a year now. I decided on renewing my lease recently because I've been really happy with the building I am in. The property managers are always very helpful. Maintenance as well. Anytime I have a problem , it is fixed in a very timely manor. The town houses are beautiful. Not too big, not too small. The area around it (not oak ridge property) isn't the best but oak ridge keeps all buildings clean & well kept. I'm close, even in walking distance, from most of everything.. Wal-Mart , save a lot , publix , fast foods , also other restaurants , beaches , banks & of course the sponge docks just a couple blocks behind my house. The rent is cheap & I promise you won't find anywhere around this area with such good living for the price. Very happy with Oak Ridge Estates!
