My area of expertise is Property Management. So it was my pleasure to fill in at their office helping the manager until they hired someone. She definitely knows what she’s doing and is very nice Both the office staff and the maintenance staff were very kind and good at their job. The apartments are really nice too. They have all kinds of extra things from really cool kitchen cabinets for better organization to really nice lighting and walk in showers. They are right next to the Pinellas Trail. Don’t have a bike? That’s okay because they have some for you. I could go one and on but check it out. I would definitely consider living there.

Yes this is a beautiful place to live; however, the new management is absolutely horrendous. I’ve lived here for a year and the original management was fantastic, always answered the phone, always eager to help, fixed any issues immediately, etc. new management is the COMPLETE opposite. I’m 21 years old, I really don’t ever have any issues or any complaints BUT the 2 times I have. Has been an absolute nightmare and this last time I am now on week 2 of waiting for them to provide documents for my new complex.

Current management office has rudest two persons who should not work with people. Zero empathy, zero customer skills. Property is nice, next to bike trail, grocery store and close to ocean. But it has too many roaches and other creatures that management ignores. Management ignored 10+ bikes being stolen from storage room. Again, no empathy like saying I am sorry or so, they said you should put stronger chain that cannot be cut. Their rent collection system is not good, hard to setup, and regardless of this fact they will charge late fees. The fact that somebody paid on time 12 times and it is late due to the system being down or so, it does not play any roll with Ms. and Mr. who “work” there. So people do not stay here more that 7 months or a year. And management has no intention trying to keep them by being nice or solving the issues.

After living here for almost a year, I love it here! Perfect location and proximity to restaurants, Pinellas trail, and park/beaches. The apartments and amenities are beautiful. Marti, Joe, and the rest of the staff are exceptional: they have always went above and beyond!
