I understand that everywhere may have long lines due to staffing shortage, so I try my hardest to be kind, understanding and patient, but to have such an approach met with unkind and demeaning responses from the pharmacy manager has finally pushed me to leave Walgreens and shop Mail Order. I’m saddened to see the decline of treating others well at Walgreens on 54th Ave S.

These people deserve to burn in hell. Filed a complaint against the DEA and corporate for how this pharmacy is managed. They refused to fill a prescription that was medically necessary prior to an overseas trip despite having two weeks advance notice that the prescription was necessary. Told me to go to the back of the line while waiting an hour already due to their gross incompetence and negligence. Pharmacy manager was rude and impolite and I really hope she gets fired. Because of my experience here I will never, ever shop at a Walgreens again. This brand, and especially this location is the spawn of Satan. Definitely wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business. I encourage anyone and everyone to steal from this store so it expedites this process…

Pharmacy always closes and stops answering the phone 5 minutes early. Honor the listed hours! I race to get there before 10, call at 955 to say I'll be there in 2 minutes, pull in and hit the button at 957 and he shuts the light off a minute later then finally comes to the window and says they're closed at 959! I'll be getting scripts filled elsewhere from now on.
