Purchased Platinum wash, $25. Car wasn't clean after wash. Discussed with attendant. Didn't care. Do not recommend this store.

The new company Valvoline made me sit in the car while changing my oil. Would not allow me to go into the office. Stated that my other option is to wait outside in 100 degree weather. Took almost an hour.

When I signed up the guy told me that to cancel the best way would be to go to the location where I initially signed up and request the cancelation. You can try calling that location as well. As a last resort if you don't get anywhere with them I would just call my bank and put a permanent stop on it. Hope this helps.
You may have to go there personally and talk to them.
