Please avoid their service department at all costs!! No one has any clue what's going on and most of the time no one will answer the phone. Whoever Rachel is in the service department always has an attitude when she answers the phone and sounds like you're inconveniencing her. I've tried to reach out to our service advisor, Brad, for the past two days, left voicemails, and nothing. I even looked up his email address on their website, and no response. It's pretty sad and very frustrating already that our 2019 Jeep Wrangler with 25,000 miles on it already needs a new transmission, but even more frustrating that NO ONE will keep you up to date. It's been 2 weeks since I dropped it off and I wasn't even given a loaner vehicle. It wouldn't be that bad if someone would return your call, didn't have an attitude, and maybe gave you a simple update about your vehicle. Customer service is not that hard Daytona Dodge. It's very simple!! Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life!
