A very disappointing experience food-wise. My burgers were seriously over-cooked and dry, and the bun flat. The hot dog bun was dry. Fries were hot and fresh, and the shake was as expected. Service was decent. Probably not a place I'll return to.

Just don't do it. I ordered Bacon cheese tots as an appetizer, a burger with salad instead of fries. After a considerable wait, I received a burger with chilli cheese tots instead of an appetizer to share. I asked about the salad but said never mind since the tots were on my plate. Burger under cooked, should have been bacon tots but since the wait was so long, I wasn't going to complain. Bill came and was charged for the meal and an appetizer. First meal there and will NEVER go there again. Be forewarned.

I should've known this place gross when I walked into the bathroom. There quality is horrible, we has hockey pucks for burgers and our server never even came back to check on us. We sat with empty drinks and There were gnats flying around our table while we were eating. I will NEVER suggest this place again, it was an absolute bummer to come here after having visited other Johnny Rockets in the past. Normally I wouldn't complain about poor food, but You guys were almost empty on a Saturday night and services was horrible. There were plenty of servers just standing around talking and no management in sight.
