I ordered my meal using the app and selected curbside pick up because I had my sleeping newborn in the car. Upon arrival, I did not see any curbside signs for pick up. So I called and Timothy answered and explained they technically don’t have curbside despite the apps option. However, he’d be happy to bring my order to me. I was so beyond grateful for his accommodation since I really couldn’t get out of the car to get my meal. He didn’t even ask further. I’m so appreciative for his kind service and willingness to help me at a moments notice. What a great guy and wonderful place! I’ll be back for lunch & go in to order to say hello!

I don't know what you all put in these sandwiches, but you got me hooked. Get it, like in your hook and ladder sub/sandwich. One of my favorite sandwiches. Also, I have to mention great customer service. I highly recommend firehouse subs.
