A friend of mine lives here and I loved the place. Her apartment is super cute with a nice view, I parked my car and she put information on an app that they have so I found it really organized and secure, the pool and the community area was extremely nice and neat.

No beach views unfortunately. Nice location but we have a bad crime problem. Check out the NBC 6 news article that was the top story a few weeks ago. Google "Avana Bayview and Crime". Can't wait for my lease to end!
