I was initially told by Angel about a $100 fee and a $350 fee and then was charged for $500 holding deposit. When I spoke to the representative she told me that will be fixed because it shouldn’t have been charged. Now I am being charged $75 for not having that in my bank when of coarse… I was only ready to pay $450 not $950… when I spoke about the problem I was rudely and nervously spoken to. I was lied to in my face and now can’t prove it so make sure everything you agree to is written.

Nobody answers the phone or calls back. You can schedule an appointment online and get several confirmation emails, and then nobody is at the office when you show up. I can’t imagine what living there must be like.
