What is the purpose of purchasing the OWP when it takes forever for an appointment and please not let it be an emergency. I understand how scheduling goes and knows that it can get very busy. However, there is no plan in effect for emergencies. Totally unacceptable. I will be looking for better options for my dogs. Recommendation: Hire a couple Vets that handles emergencies only and post what constitutes an emergency so that the customers are aware.

This location never answers the phone and be prepared to wait a while for appts! I usually just drive up there to ask questions but after pushing zero 6x to recall the hospital they preceeded to put me on hold for 25 min before sending me to their voice-mail! My dogs are both on an OWP but the hassle far outweighs the benefits and lately I've been taking them to Dr. DJ at Stafford Animal Hospital. It's really telling when I'd prefer to pay out of pocket then deal with them.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
