My wife visited emergency from 11 in morning for ultrasound no one care about her, she is pregnant and had a pain, she got free at 7pm, even where they admit her it wasn’t private 2 person in one room

With this hospital, Northwelll will never be rated a top hospital. I gave it 1 star for location, it's close to my home. Service horrible. Nursing staff, from Supervisors to Unit Clerks are terrible. Communication is poor. How can sooooo many bad workers work in one place. Do they feed off each other? You can't even get anyone to pick up the phone on the Units and when they do instead of helping to solve your issue they are busy deflecting, become defensive, curt. The irony, is that I use to work here and I have seen and experience the decline in service. Come on Northwell Valley Stream, don't you see your 2.5 rating?

I truly don't know how The CEO of Northwell Health Michael Dowling goes about hiring employees to work at his company but one thing for certain this hospital has no clue as to how to be professional. All the Healthcare Professionals lied. They said I had COVID 19 when I had no fever and then put me in a COVID 19 Unit and had the nerve to pump me up with Medications that I didn't need. The Hospital made things worst for me then ever. They were extremely unprofessional.

I would give them 0 stars if i absolutely could! I’ve been here since 8am and it’s almost 1 o’clock in the afternoon, and I haven’t seen a doctor yet!! They’re God awful please save the unnecessary trip
