As we all know it is a difficult decision for the elderly to find good, safe and appropriate residency for the later years - cannot say enough about the compassionate, effective and considerate treatment of our family during this time. From the staff at the front desk - Dolores and Andrea - to the Executive Director, Joff and of course Tawnie - the resident coordinator, who has helped my parents from the day they moved in. Every single staff member has been kind, helpful and highly efficient. Not only did they show great patience with my family - but on a day to day basis they go above and beyond to take care of everyone that resides there. The above review was for the independent living portion. My father was moved to Assisted Living after my mother died and it was horrible!!! He was neglected during COVID-and ended up in the hospital after falling while under their care and with a raging UTI and stage 3 bedsores!! Do NOT recommend the Assisted Living portion!!! Stay away!!! He died a year later and was never the same after the experience at Cascade
