I love winter springs Crunch! The location is always clean and layout is very cool with two floors of activities to do. I even drive further to this location then the Crunch I have around the corner to my house! Why you may? Because the instructors they have on staff are very kind and supportive in your personal physical journey. You must take Heather W.’s Yoga body sculpt class on Sunday mornings! She will encourage you and build up your confidence in just one class. Believe me when I say she is an amazing human being and I am a better person because I met her! She even recognized me in class today for my birthday, which brought me to tears as I have had some very tough events happen recently. Definitely the highlight of my week! Thank you for showing me strength, compassion, and positive encouragement in my day to day. Namaste 🙏🏼

Great gym that’s clean and has awesome equipment, but at night the place turns into a high schooler daycare. Wish the staff can be more diligent to rerack weights since high school children leave weights all over the floor and overall don’t have any manners.

Be Aware of their billing practices. I cancelled my membership on 8/7/22 and Paid my week or so past due dues. Received cancellation paperwork advising my membership cancel effective date is 8/30. Beginning 8/30 they starting attempting to charge me for another month of membership. When I called I was told my membership is only pending cancel with a cancel date of 9/30. When I said no this is what I was told in person and this is what the paperwork you all sent me says.... She said you weren't provided accurate information and this is the balance owed and this is the cancel date. They won't fix their issue. Now here I am having to file BBB reports trying to hunt down any corporate information because "we don't have a corporate phone number, would you like their address". BTW they did this to my partner too but they fixed his issues, they pick and choose who they will honor and not in regards to the racket they are operating.
